How much does it cost?
The cost will depend upon what type of hospital you want and how large it is and what kind of Veterinary care equipment you want to outfit your hospital with. As you determine the location and size, the cost becomes clearer. The location may be ready to move into without too much construction of exam and treatment rooms needed; or, it may require a total renovation. As a basic guideline, the costs below indicate a low/high variable. Remember, just because you raise the funds, it does not mean you will spend it all. Your funds are spent on tangible assets. Our goal is to keep your costs down and maximize the function and client experience.
- Outpatient clinics cost between $196,950 $275,000 depending upon size, building condition and equipment you want your clinic outfitted with.
- Full service hospitals cost between $196,950 - $750,000 depending upon size, building condition and equipment you want your hospital outfitted with.
- Specialty Practice hospitals cost between $196,950 $800,000 depending upon size, building condition and equipment you want your specialty practice outfitted with.
- Blended veterinarian and retail operations cost between $356,750- $980,900 depending upon size, building condition and equipment you want your retail store and hospital outfitted with.
